NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION THE INNOVATE FUND XII, LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Innovate Fund XII, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (the "Company"), is dissolved. Articles of Termination for the Company were filed on September 12, 2025 with the office of the South Carolina Secretary of State. All creditors and other persons with claims against the Company are hereby notified to file their claims against the Company. Claims must be in writing. Claimants must state the amount of their claim, state the nature of the claim, provide the name and address of the claimant, and be signed.
