NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Muskingum Valley Park District, passed on the 8th day of July, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November 2025, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Muskingum Valley Park District for the purpose of parks, trails and recreational purposes that the county auditor estimates will collect $468,822 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.2 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $5 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
