NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an Ordinance of the Village o f Frazeysburg, Ohio, passed on the 14th day of April, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November 2025, the question of: Shall the Village of Frazeysburg have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the Village of Frazeysburg, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
