
NOTICE OF EUGENE PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
Tuesday June 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
VIRTUAL MEETING
The Eugene Planning Commission will hold a virtual Public Hearing on the following proposed land use regulations: updates to middle housing development standards; increasing the maximum building height from 30 to 35 feet in R-1; the addition of a new housing type called micro-village housing; updates to single room occupancies and residential treatment and day care facilities; streamlining the process for some residential land use reviews; and extending the expiration dates for Type II, Type III, Expedited Land Division, and Middle Housing Land Division land use approvals (City files: CA 26-1, CA 26-2, CA 26-3, CA 26-4, and CA 26-5). Attend the virtual public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on June 23, 2026, and provide spoken testimony. Your spoken testimony will be recorded. Instructions for providing testimony during the virtual public hearing will be provided during the hearing. The Planning Commission may limit the time for each speaker to a few minutes.
