NOTICE OF EXPEDITED RULEMAKING FOR MARICOPA COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATIONS The Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) posted a Notice of Expedited Rulemaking on Maricopa County Enhanced Regulatory Outreach Program website at www.maricopa.gov/3536/Active-Regulatory-Process regarding the incorporation of codified federal revisions and additions into the applicable Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Regulations: Rule 360 (New Source Performance Standards), Rule 370 (Federal Hazardous Air Pollutant Program), Rule 371 (Acid Rain), and Appendix G (Incorporated Materials). MCAQD will take reasonable measures to provide access to department services to individuals with limited ability to speak, write, or understand English and/or to those with disabilities.
