YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 28th day of June, 2022, the following described real estate situated in Polk County, Iowa, to-wit:
The South 10 feet of the S ½ of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 32, in Township 78 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.m., all now included in and forming a part of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa
was sold by the County Treasurer of Polk County, Iowa, for the then delinquent and unpaid taxes against the said real estate for the year 2021, that a Certificate of Purchase was duly issued to CI-18 LLC by the County Treasurer of Polk County, Iowa pursuant to said Tax Sale, and that any Right of Redemption will expire and a Deed for the said real estate will be made unless redemption from said Tax Sale is made within ninety (90) days from completed service of this Notice.
