NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION FOR BEER ON PREMISES PERMIT AND TRANSFER OF LOCATION FOR PRIVATE CLUB Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas an application to dispense beer and to transfer the location of private club permit from: 3820 MEANDERING WAY, FT SMITH, AR, SEBASTIAN COUNTY to: 1004 GARRISON AVE, FT SMITH, AR, SEBASTIAN COUNTY. Said application was filed on July 1st, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
