NOTICE OF FILING FOR CAMA DEVELOPMENT GENERAL PERMIT The Department of Environmental Quality hereby gives public notice that the following CAMA General Permit has been issued for a development permit in an Area of Environmental Concern as designated under the CAMA: On March 17, 2026, Little Developments PLLC on behalf of Ocean Dunes HOA was issued CAMA General Permit No. 99261D under rules found in 07H.1900 to deploy a telemetry buoy approx. 1500-2500' offshore from the Davis Road Beach Access in Kure Beach, New Hanover County. This telemetry buoy will be deployed for up to one year from date of issuance & will track movement of sand along the shoreline in 25-30' of water. The buoy and data instruments are connected by two lines/floats that anchor together & are no more than 50' in length and will be marked in accordance with both day and nighttime navigational aids. The coordinates of the approx. location are Lat 33deg. 59'13.56" N and Long 77deg. 54'8.67" W.
