TULLIER, Independent Executor, in the above numbered and captioned matter, has filed a Petition to pay certain debts and charges of the succession and to later distribute certain assets in accordance with a First and First and Final Tableau of Distribution filed in these proceedings. The Petition can be homologated after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice. Any opposition to the Petition must be filed prior to its homologation. The creditors of the above succession, heirs, legatees and all other persons herein interested must show cause within seven (7) days from the publication hereof why the First and Final Tableau of Distribution presented by the Independent Executor of this estate should not be approved and homologated and the funds distributed in accordance therewith.
