Said application was filed on February 25,2026 . The undersigned states that she is a resident of Arkansas,of good moral character;that she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude;that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within 5 years last past;and,that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this state,or any other state,relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
