NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT

NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT In accordance with Section 38-26-107 C.R.S., Poudre School District will make final payment to and settlement with Skip's Carpet Service Inc. for the Werner Flooring Replacement Services project at 5400 Mail Creek Ln, Fort Collins, CO 80525 on October 31, 2025. This date will be the date of final settlement under Section 38-206-107 C.R.S. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid by any person or firm that furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies for the project, must be received by Alex Hendricks, Planning and Construction Manager, 2445 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 by 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date written above.
