NOTICE OF FINDINGS OF FACT AND ORDER
TO: Scott & Lesle Rollston 340 Interchange Dr Fayetteville, NC 28311
This notice concerns a dwelling at 340 Interchange Rd Fayetteville, NC 28311, PIN:0533-80-7038 and being the property described in Deed Book 0097 at page 0142. On May 26th, 2026 at 9:30AM at the County Planning and Inspections office, 130 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301; a Hearing was held for the purpose of finding of facts related to this case.
The Hearing Officer determined the dwelling is in violation of the Cumberland County Minimum Housing Code (CCMHC) and is Unfit For Human Habitation. The Findings of Fact (FOF) are based on the findings listed in the Code Enforcement Officers inspection report, photos by the Code Enforcement Officer and testimony and all other evidence presented by the Code Enforcement Officer, Property Owner, and/or Parties of Interest at the time of this hearing.
Based on these FOF, the Hearing Officer has Ordered the Property Owner and/or Parties of Interest to bring the Accessory Structure into compliance with the CCMHC by either making all necessary repairs or alteration, or by causing the dwelling to be demolished, and removing all debris from the property; at a date no later than August 26th 2026.
