Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, in the County of Chatham, and in the City of Savannah, and being known and designated as Lot 76, Oglethorpe Park Subdivision, Phase A, upon that certain map or plat as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia in Subdivision map Book A, Folio 211.
This being the same property as described in Deed Book 173C, Page 369, commonly known as 11 Weiner Drive, Savannah GA 31406 and bearing Map and Parcel # 20494 03010.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 10th day of June, 2026.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of March, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3633, Page 580.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 10th day of June, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
