All that lot or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia being 1428 Maple Street, known as Lot 27, having a frontage of 42 feet and a depth of 115 feet and being bounded as follows: North by Lot 26; East by lot 28; South by a street and West by Maple Street.
This being the same property conveyed to Mamie E. Scott by deed from Alice Peach and Marie Collins Harris Estates dated November 25, 1988 and recorded in Richmond County Clerk of Court at Deed Book 301, Page 345.

Has expired and is forever foreclosed and barred on and after the day of March 28, 2026.
