NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000245 F of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida wherein AVAIL 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company is the Plaintiff and THE HEIRS AND OR DEVISEES OF DORIS C. SMITH; THE HEIRS AND OR DEVISEES OF DEBRA STILES; STEVEN SMITH; CAROL ANN CAIN; ROSEBUD PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND ALL HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN, are Defendants, BRAD E.
