NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2026 and entered in Case No.: 2024-CC-006988, of the County Court in the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Saddle Creek Preserve Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Kediel Yamil Rosa de Jesus and Amarilys Del Mar Rivera Rivera are the Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM ET on April 2, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit: "Lot 243 of Saddle Creek Preserve Phase 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 198, Page 18, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida."
The Property is located at the street address of: 2201 Teneroc Trail, Lakeland, Florida 33801. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE FORECLOSURE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
