NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF REAL ESTATE CONTRACT TO: Tarayia Brooks & Leander Glover, last known address 6635 NE 9th Court, Des Moines, IA 50313 You and each of you are hereby notified: The contract dated October 7, 2025, and executed by S&L Properties, Inc. as vendors, and Tarayia Brooks & Leander Glover as vendees, recorded on October 10, 2025; in the office of the Polk County Recorder, in Book 20298 Page 582, for the sale of: Lot 26 in THE GREENS AT WOODLAND HILLS PLAT 5, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of Polk County, Iowa, has not been complied with in the following particulars: Balance of March 2026 Payment ($670); April – June 2026 payments ($7,335) for total of $8,005 The contract shall stand forfeited unless the parties in default, within 30 days after the completed service of this notice, shall perform the terms and conditions in default, and in addition pay the reasonable costs of serving this notice.
