Notice of Guardianship Hearing STATE OF INDIANA IN THE CLINTON CIRCUIT COURT SS: COUNTY OF CLINTON CAUSE NO.: 12C01-2511-GU-000031 IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF BOBBIE SUE EWING, DOB: 08/08/2011, A Minor Child, ANDALANA JO BRADLEY, Petitioner. This Notice is being published to notify Robert Ewing, Jr. of the filing of this Emergency Guardianship. At the time of the filing of this guardianship, the exact whereabouts of said Robert Ewing, Jr. are unknown. On November 25, 2025, the Petitioner, Andalana Jo Bradley, filed a Petition for Emergency Temporary Guardianship and Subsequent Permanent Guardianship over the Person and Estate of a Minor Child in respect to her great nice, Bobbie Sue Ewing. Said Petition was granted and Andalana Jo Bradley was appointed as the temporary guardian of said minor child on November 26, 2025. On February 18, 2026 at 8:30 A.M. in the courtroom of the Clinton Circuit Court located at the Clinton County Annex Building in Frankfort, Indiana, the Clinton County Circuit Court will hold a hearing to determine whether a permanent guardianship should be appointed for Bobbie Sue Ewing. A copy of the Petition requesting the appointment of permanent guardian is on file at the Clinton Circuit Court. At the hearing, the Court will determine whether Bobbie Sue Ewing is an incapacitated person under Indiana Law. If the Court finds that Bobbie Sue Ewing is an incapacitated person, the Court shall also consider whether Andalana Jo Bradley should be appointed as permanent guardian of Bobbie Sue Ewing. The Court may, in its discretion, appoint some other qualified person as guardian. The Petition may be heard and determined in the absence of Bobbie Sue Ewing if the Court determines that the presence of said Bobbie Sue Ewing is not required due to her incapacities. The Court may also, on its own motion or on the request of any interested person, postpone the hearing to another date and time. Any interested person must respond within thirty (30) days after the last Notice is published in this newspaper. You may appear at this hearing and be heard by the Court.
