ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: that on the 11th day of December 2025, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Union City Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Union City High School, in the Media Room, located at 2500 J.F. Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, New Jersey 07087 on the application or appeal of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit the following:
Applicant seeks Site Plan review and approval, along with variances for Use, minimum side yard, parking, density and any other necessary variance(s) or waivers as may be required for the conversation of an existing six (6) family into an eight (8) family dwelling.
The property is located at 512 – 19th Street, Union City, New Jersey, and it is designated as Lot 27 in Block 103 on the Union City Tax Map.
The application along with maps, survey, site plans, and all related documents are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspection, during regular business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you may call for specific times, Monday through Friday.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
