NOTICE OF HEARING
Board of Adjustment of the Township of Millburn, New Jersey
TAKE NOTICE that Yue Zhang and Qian He have made an application to the Millburn Township Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of an addition on Property in Millburn Township, located at 51 Silver Spring Road, Millburn, Block 4201, Lot 19, which requires the following bulk variances:
Side Yard Setback up to 18' height, Section 606.2e.1e.1a where the required setback is 12'; Side Yard Setback above 18' height, Section 606.2e.1e.1b where the required setback is 13.3'; Combined Side Yard Section: 606.2e, where required is 35% (24.5'); Building Coverage Section: 606.2e.2a where the required is 18% (1,433 s.f.); and Floor Area Ratio Section 606.2e.2d where the required is 30%(2,389 s.f.).
The Applicant may also seek other variances and waivers as the need may arise during the course of the hearing on this Application. The application is now Cal. #4049-25 on the Secretary's calendar, which is scheduled for a hearing on November 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in Millburn Board of Education, Education Center 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ. All documents relating to this application are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Adjustment daily between the hours of 8:30am – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the temporary Town Hall location of 22 E. Willow Street, Millburn. Documents can also be viewed on the Township website Zoning Board page (https://twp.millburn.nj.us). Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
