NOTICE OF HEARING FOR ANIMESH BHATTACHARYA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Animesh Bhattacharya has made an application to the Town of Hackettstown Land Use Board for the property known as Block 33 Lot 7, located at 113 W. Valley View Avenue, Hackettstown, Warren County, New Jersey. The property is situated in the Town's "R-12.5" Zone District. The Applicant is seeking a determination by the Board that the existing structure on the property is a lawful pre-existing non-conforming two-family dwelling as per N.J.S.A 40:55D-68. If the Board so finds, the Applicant is also proposing to renovate and convert both units to include a third bedroom. The additional bedroom will require a D(2) use variance for the expansion of pre-existing non-conforming use. The Applicant further requests such variances, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate upon review by the applicant or the Board. This application is listed on the calendar before the Town of Hackettstown Land Use Board and an in-person public hearing has been set for March 24, 2026, at the Hackettstown Municipal Building, 215 West Stiger Street, Hackettstown, New Jersey 07840 at 7:00 P.M. When the case is called, you may appear either in person or by attorney to present any evidence or make any comments, which you may have regarding the application. The matter will be heard on the above date or any adjourned date designated by the Land Use Board at this public meeting without additional notice. The maps, plans, plats and application for which approval is being sought are on file with the Land Use Board Administrator and are available for inspection at the Municipal Building during normal business hours.
