Notice of Hearing for Filing, Examination, and Adjudication of Claims in an Insolvent Estate IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF MADISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT DAILEY HARRISON, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 2024-1102-C This Court, having issued an Order Adjudicating the Insolvency of Probate Estate [Dkt. #21], NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to MCA 91-7-269, that, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in the courtroom of the Chancery Court of Yazoo County, Mississippi, in the city of Yazoo City, Mississippi, before the Honorable Robert G. Clark, III, or until continued thereafter, the Court shall take up probated claims for examination and adjudication, that all claims not required by law to the registered must be filed with the Madison County Chancery Clerk by the day and time noticed above, and that all creditors may attend. At such time, the Court will examine the validity of the probated and other claims filed with the clerk. It shall not be necessary for any creditor to refile with the clerk any claim which has been duly probated and registered within the time and in the manner required by law.
