Notice of Hearing Merchantville Joint Land Use Board Notice is hereby given that on June 9th, 2026 at 7:00pm, a public hearing will be held before the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Merchantville in the Council Chambers at Borough Hall, 1 West Maple Ave, Merchantville New Jersey 08109, upon the application of John Vitarelli who is seeking installation of a 6' high, wooden privacy fence and a variance for such installation along the Church Rd side of the home set back 5' from the sidewalk as well as the Ivins Ave side set back at 32' from the sidewalk, for the property located at 101 Ivins Ave, Merchantville NJ 08109, also known as Block 43.04, Lot 1. All interested parties will be given opportunity to be heard. A copy of the application and exhibits are on file at the Clerk's office in Borough Hall for inspection between 8:30am and 4:30pm, during regular business hours, at least 10 days before the date of the hearing.
