LYON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following petitioner has filed for inclusion into the Silver Springs General Improvement District boundaries for the purpose of sewer service to the following described property: Microsoft Corporation, 1 Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, to expand the service area boundaries of the Silver Springs General Improvement District to include parcels 015-141-13, 018-552-01 and 018-552-02. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the public hearing will be held on November 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Commission Chambers located at 27 South Main Street, Yerington, NV.
