NOTICE OF HEARING ON SALE OF REAL ESTATE IN THE VANDERBURGH SUPERIOR COURT PROBATE DIVISION 82D04-2510-ES-000528 IN THE ESTATE OF ) LESLIE DIANE MELTON, DECEASED ) TO: ALL HEIRS OF LESLIE DIANE MELTON, DECEASED Notice is given that on February 19, 2026, Rebecca S. Evans, as personal representative of the estate of Leslie Diane Melton, filed a petition for the sale of the following described real estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, to-wit: Lot Thirty-six (36) in Section 1 of McCutchan Estates, an addition to the City of Evansville, commonly known as 1616 Kings Bridge Road. On the 19th day of February, 2026, the Court entered an order fixing the 26th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., as the time for hearing on the petition, to be held in the Vanderburgh Superior Court in the Vanderburgh County Courthouse in Evansville, Indiana. All persons claiming or having any interest in the estate, or any part thereof, as an heir or devisee or through an heir or devisee of the decedent and all unknown heirs and devisees of the decedent are required to appear in this Court on or before the date and make proof of their heirship or claim in the real estate. The Court will enter a decree authorizing the sale of the real estate by the Personal Representatives if no objections are filed to the petition.
