NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPEAL OR APPLICATION
NEWSPAPER NOTICE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TOWNSHIP OF VOORHEES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby notified that the undersigned has filed an application for
development with the Zoning Administrative Officer for "c" (bulk) variances or other relief from the ULDO
as follows:
Section 150.14(B)(1) to permit proposed 4.5' high aluminum fence in secondary front yard on the front
property line where for the purposes of the construction, erection, and/or location of a fence on lots that
have frontage on more than one street, the front yard setback requirement applicable in the subject zoning
district is the required setback on each non-primary front yard, and the required setback for single-family
dwellings in the MDR zone is 30', and,
Section 150.14(B)(2)(a) to permit the proposed 4.5' high aluminum fence to be located in the secondary
front yard along Shingle Oak Court, where fencing shall not be installed forward of the residence; and,
Seeking any and all other variances, waivers and/or other relief as may be deemed necessary by the Board
and/or its professionals on the premises at 9 Shingle Oak Drive and designated as Block 202.08, Lot 5.
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. (preceded by a caucus at
6:45 P.M.) before the Voorhees Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, in the Public Meeting Room of the
Voorhees Township Municipal Building, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043, at
which time you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and express your support or
objection of application #ZC2025-010.
The application and supporting documents are on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrative
Officer, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043, and are available for examination, in
the office, during normal business hours.
Further take notice, that said Zoning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue
said hearings from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make a diligent inquiry of the
office of the Zoning Administrative Officer concerning such adjournments, postponements, or
continuations.
