Please be advised that an Application for a one-year extension to June 14, 2026 of prior approval under Case # P19-194 for Preliminary Major Site Plan and Final Major Site Plan with "c" variances, and for approval of a One- Year Extension under Case# P2024-0176 has been filed with the Planning Board of the City of Jersey City as new Case # P2025-0178 for the property located at 650 Grand Street, fka 632-652 Grand Street, Jersey City, NJ
and According to the Jersey City Tax Map, also known as:

The purpose of this application is: a one (1) year Extension of the prior approvals to June 14, 2026, for construction of a four-story mixed-use building with 12 studio units, 24 one-bedroom units, 9 two-bedroom units, 3 three-bedroom units for a total of 48 residential units and 2 ground floor retail units and 22 parking spaces.
