Notice of Hearing In the Matter of the Change of Name of C.R.S. CIV. 26 – 1138 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Petition to change the name of minor child Charlotte Rose Shoenrock, to the legal name of Charlotte Rose Hofer, shall be heard at the Minnehaha County Courthouse, 425 North Dakota Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on the 20th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., at which time the Court shall consider and decide whether proper and reasonable cause for changing the name of said minor exists and, if so, shall make an Order directing such change of name. Any person objecting to such name change or having any other matters to bring to the attention of the Court respecting such change of name is required to do so at the above-stated time and place.
