CALDWELL, Deceased NOTICE is hereby given that Special Administrators WENDY K. SNEED and KAITLYN C. HARTMAN have filed in this Court a verified Status Report and Request to Convert to Summary Administration; for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Full Authority under the IAEA; and for Summary Administration (the "Petition"), and a hearing has been set for Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 1:30 PM, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Nevada Independent Admnistration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the Estate. However, before taking certain acts, the Administrators will be required to give notice to interested persons unless he/she/they waive notice or have consented to the proposed action.
