Notice of Hearing BOROUGH OF PARAMUS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on June 11, 2026 at 7:00pm, in COUNCIL CHAMBERS, a hearing will be held before the Paramus Board of Adjustment on the application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief for permission to encroach the front yard set back on Rose Drive on the premises located at 377 Adams Lane designated as Block 7104 in Lot 1 contrary to the provisions of Section 429-47 of the Land Use Legislation. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board of Adjustment. A copy of the application is on file in the office of the Board of Adjusment and is available for inspection from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
