NOTICE OF HEARING
A public hearing will be held by Mantua Township Land and Use Board on June 16,2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Mantua Township Municipal Building located at 401 Main Street, Mantua, NJ 08051.

The subject of this hearing will be to consider an application for Bulk Variance approval; to permit construction of a propsed rear addition, twelve(12) feet by twenty-five(25) feet and a proposed front overhang ten (10) feet by ten(10) feet that affects side setback. Request to reduce the required rear yard setback from thirty-five feet to twenty-six(26) feet, resulting in a variance of nine(9) feet and a request to reduce the side yard setback from fifteen(15) feet to nine(9) feet, resulting in a variance of (6) feet.
And any other neccessary waivers or variances that the Board or Board Professionals deem necessary.
All applications and supporting documentation are on file with the Board Secretary 10 days prior to the hearing. All documents may be reviewed at the Mantua Township Land Use Office, 401 Main Street, Mantua, NJ 08051 on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. and on the Mantua Township Website www.mantuatownship.com under the land use tab.
