PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Ramsey will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:30PM, or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be reached, at the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, located at 33 North Central Avenue, Ramsey, New Jersey 07446
The subject matter to be considered will be a land use application of:

(hereinafter referred to the "Applicant")
(The location of the property): 89 Church Street, Ramsey, New Jersey 07446
and shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of Ramsey as Block 4801, Lot 9
(hereinafter referred to the "Property")
The Applicant is proposing: Renovations to an existing single-family residence, inclusive of a second-story addition (above the existing footprint), and a two-story bump-out addition (in the rear of the residence) with a garage (basement level) and a family room (above the new garage).
The Applicant seeks the following variance relief:
C1 hardship due to the existing structure being nonconforming.
Minimum front-yard setback requirement is 40.0 feet as per ordinance 34-15.2b, whereas:
The existing residence foundation is 31.8 feet
Applicant will seek any other variances, waivers, or exceptions that are deemed to be necessary in connection with this Application.
