NOTICE OF HEARING TOWNSHIP OF BLAIRSTOWN LAND USE BOARD Please take notice that The Last Frontier, Inc. has applied to the Blairstown Land Use Board for a D Use Variance and Minor Subdivision on property known as 44 Hope Road in Block 2003, Lot 27 on the tax map; and The applicant will apply for any other associated approvals, waivers, permits or exceptions necessary for approval of the application. Take further notice that on the 17th day of August, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, the Blairstown Land Use Board will hold a public meeting at the Blairstown Municipal Building, 106 Route 94, Blairstown, New Jersey to hear the above mentioned matter. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard. A file on said application is available to the public at the Blairstown Municipal Building between the hours of 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday.
