NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF GLOUCESTER ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Applicant, VisionStream Gloucester Campus, LLC, (the "Applicant"), has filed an application together with supporting materials seeking Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval, Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision approval and related variances and submission waivers (collectively, the "Application") with the Township of Gloucester Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board"). The subject property is located at 1840 & 1900 Cheeseman Road, Block 14003, Lots 13 & 14, ("Property"). The Application has been assigned application number ZB-25-026.
The Board will hold a public hearing at the Gloucester Township Municipal Building on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 7:00P.M., in the Council Room, located at 1261 Chews Landing Rd, Gloucester Township, NJ 08021, at which time you or any interested party as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4, either in person or by agent or attorney, may question those presenting testimony and present any comments or objections regarding the Application.
The Applicant will seek a preliminary and final site plan approval to permit the development of the property with a mixed use residential and commercial development with waivers and variances; preliminary and final major subdivision approval with waivers and variances to create 8 separate lots; modification of the previously approved use variance pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(d); and certain submission waivers as identified in the application checklist and Board Review letters. The applicant will also seek any and all other variances, waivers and/or ordinance interpretations that may be deemed necessary based on further review or interpretation of the plans or application. Said Application is on file and available for public inspection in the Department of Community Development, Township of Gloucester, 1261 Chews Landing Rd, Gloucester Township, NJ 08021.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board may, in its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time without the need for additional notice, and you are notified that you should make inquiry of the Secretary of the Board concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
