Please take notice that on the 20th day of October 2025, at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Roxbury Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on the
appeal/application of the undersigned for variance(s) or other relief so as to permit:
13-7.1301.4 - Minimum front yard setback: thirty-five (35) feet (Proposed 18 Ft)
13-7.1301.5(a) - Minimum rear yard setback: (a) Principal building: thirty-five (35) feet (Proposed 13.5 Ft)
13-7.1301.8 - Maximum impervious coverage: twenty-five (25%) percent of lot area (Proposed 26.2%)
