NOTICE OF HEARING Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Millburn, New Jersey TAKE NOTICE that Rajesh Sharma & Rashmi Kumari has made an application to the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of an addition on property in Millburn Township, located at 17 Minisink Road, Block 3104, Lot 14, which requires the following bulk variance relief: Rear yard setback: section 606-2e1h of the township code Prohibited front yard fence: section 609-6a of the township code. The Applicant may also seek other variances and waivers as the need may arise during the course of the hearing on this Application.
