NOTICE OF HEARING
Zoning Board of Adjustment
of the Township of Millburn, New Jersey
TAKE NOTICE that Rajesh Sharma & Rashmi Kumari has made an application to the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of an addition on property in Millburn Township, located at 17 Minisink Road, Block 3104, Lot 14, which requires the following bulk variance relief:
Rear yard setback: section 606-2e1h of the township code
Prohibited front yard fence: section 609-6a of the township code.
The Applicant may also seek other variances and waivers as the need may arise during the course of the hearing on this Application. The matter is now Cal. #4093-26 on the Secretary's calendar, which is scheduled for a hearing on July 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Millburn Public Library, 200 Glen Avenue, Millburn, Millburn, NJ. All documents relating to this application are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board daily between the hours of 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday at the temporary Town Hall location of 22 E. Willow Street, Millburn. Documents can also be viewed on the Township website Zoning Board page (https://twp.millburn.nj.us). Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
