NOTICE OF INCORPORATION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to New Hampshire RSA Chapter 292, that Global Aid Services, a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation, was incorporated on May 13th 2026, with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. The principal office of the corporation is located at 65 Newmarket Rd #1, Durham, New Hampshire. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including the provision of respite care and caregiver support services to families and caregivers of individuals with disabilities, chronic illness, or other care needs, in the United States and internationally.
