NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT MAIL BALLOT ELECTION I-25/PROSPECT INTERCHANGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025 NOTICE is hereby given that an independent mail ballot election will be held by I-25/Prospect Interchange Metropolitan District, in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado (the "District") on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. This election will be conducted as an independent mail ballot election only. Mail ballots will be mailed to eligible electors between October 13, 2025, and October 20, 2025.
