NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR REINSTATEMENT Notice is hereby given that Mary March Exum, who was disbarred from the practice of law in North Carolina effective February, 2019, for client fund mismanagement, intends to apply for reinstatement to the North Carolina State Bar. Ms. Exum will file a Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to 27 N.C. Admin. Code 1B § .0129 after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date of this publication.
