NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY: FAYETTEVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY POLICE DEPARTMENT, FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA. In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 15-12 through 15-17, the Fayetteville State University Police Department is publishing notice to all persons, who may have, or claim to have any interest in the property listed below, to make or establish a claim of interest not later than 30 days from the date of this publication, December 23rd, 2025. The below listed property, which is found property, unclaimed property, or property for which no owner was located, has been in the possession of the Fayetteville State University Police Department for more than 180 days and will be disposed of on or after January 31st, 2026. The properties include but are not limited to: Assortment of bookbags, bags, purses, wallets and pouches; assortment of text books, books and notebooks; assortment of keys, key fobs, lanyards and key rings; assortment of laptop computers, desktop computers, tablets, cell phones, hard drives charging cords and other computer hardware; assortment of GPS devices, cameras and camcorders; assortment of handheld tools, knives, and power tools; clothing articles including hats, shirts, pants, shoes and jewelry; assortment of firearms and firearm accessories; medical supplies to include a walker; assortment of sports and recreational equipment as well as other miscellaneous household items.
