NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE A CORPORATION Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve McLauchlan & Associates, Inc., a Georgia Foreign corporation with its registered office at 1 Diamond Causeway, Suite 21-214, Savannah, GA 31406, has been delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Business Corporation Code. In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 14-2-1407, persons with claims against McLauchlan & Associates, Inc. (the Corporation) must send to the Corporation a written notice which includes the name and address of the claimant, the type and amount of the claim, the time the claim is or will become due and any and all additional information deemed necessary or appropriate by the claimant. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Notice or that arise after the filing of the Notice, a claim against the Corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this Notice.
