Notice of Intent to Remediate to Statewide Health Standards and Notice of Final Report Submission Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995 (35 P.S. Sections 6026.101 – 6026.909) ("Act 2"), notice is hereby given that Scotts Emergency Lighting & Power Generation, Inc. and Galloway Holdings LLC will be submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection ("PADEP") a Notice of Intent to Remediate for the property located at 2192 Galloway Road in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Notice is also hereby given that Scotts Emergency Lighting & Power Generation, Inc. and Galloway Holdings LLC will submit a Final Report to the PADEP Southeast Regional Office on or after July 10, 2026. This public notice represents Scotts Emergency Lighting & Power Generation, Inc's. and Galloway Holdings LLC's intent to request cleanup liability protection available under Act 2 using statewide health standards for the remediation of petroleum-impacted soil in connection with three (3) former heating oil underground storage tanks.
