NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ENACT ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of East Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, intends to enact an Ordinance at its regular monthly meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at the Rochester Borough Municipal Building, 350 Adams Street, Rochester, PA 15074. A brief summary thereof is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF EAST ROCHESTER, BEAVER COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA, PROVIDING FOR SEWER RENTAL CHARGES; ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR SAID CHARGES; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID CHARGES AND PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENT; AND PROVIDING THAT UNPAID CHARGES SHALL CONSTITUTE A LIEN ON THE PROPERTIES CHARGED WITH PAYMENT THEREOF A copy of this proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Borough Office and at the Beaver County Law Library, Courthouse, Beaver, PA.
