NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FILE A PETITION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF "SERVICE ROAD C" IN GREER, SOUTH CAROLINA. TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned intends to file a Petition in the Court of Common Pleas for Spartanburg County, pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. 59-7-10, et seq., to abandon or close that portion of that certain 90' Public Right of Way shown as "Service Road C" that begins at a point approximately 237 feet from the Southern property line of "Tract 1", as shown on that certain recorded Plat dated August 4, 2014 and recorded in the Spartanburg County Register of Deeds in Plat Book 169 at Page 147 on October 24, 2014, and extending south east until the terminus of Service Road C. The Petition shall not include that certain portion of Service Road C beyond the point that is 200 feet from the southern property line of Tract 1 and extending to SC Highway 101.All interested parties shall take notice of the Petition pursuant to S.C.
