NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS VILLAGE OF MILLERTON VETERANS PARK IMPROVEMENTS LABELLA ASSOCIATES NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS Veterans Park Improvements Notice is hereby given, that the Village of Millerton is soliciting proposals from engineering consultants to provide construction of improvements at Veterans Park and a sidewalk extension along Main Street (Route 44). Bids will be opened on March 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the 5933 N. Elm Avenue Millerton, NY 12546. The bid specifications may be obtained at the Village Clerk's office during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed package marked "RFP – Veterans Park Improvements" and be received no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday March 5, 2026. Please submit two (2) original hard copies and one electronic copy of the proposal to the address as follows: Lisa Cope, Clerk Village of Millerton 5933 N. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the vendor. Faxed copies will not be accepted. Professional service firms, individuals, or teams that are or include NYS Certified MBE or WBE firms or individuals are strongly encouraged to submit proposals in response to this RFP.
