NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETINGS IN THE CITY OF OCONTO, WISCONSIN NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING REGARDING THE PROPOSED PROJECT PLAN AND BOUNDARY FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NUMBER 6 IN THE CITY OF OCONTO, WISCONSIN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Oconto will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on Wednesday, June 24 at 1:00 p.m. at the Oconto City Hall, located at 1210 Main Street. The purpose of this meeting is for the JRB to consider approval of the resolution adopted by the Oconto City Council on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, creating TID 6 and approving its project plan. The meeting is open to the public. City of Oconto TID 6 is generally located in the area of the west side of the city spanning from the southern city limits generally nearby USH 41 to the northern city limits located within the city's limits. Proposed public project improvements may include but are not limited to site grading, demolition, sanitary sewer system improvements, water system improvements, storm water management system improvements, wetland delineations and mitigation, electric service, gas service, communications infrastructure, street improvements, lighting, sidewalks, professional and organizational services, administrative costs, and finance costs. As part of the project plan, cash grants may be made by the city of Oconto to owners, lessees, or developers of property within TID 6. The proposed costs include projects within the proposed boundary and within a one-half mile radius of the proposed boundary of the district. A copy of the TID 6 project plan and boundary is available for review in the clerk's office located at the Oconto City Hall, 1210 Main Street and will be provided upon request. The purpose of this meeting is for the JRB to review the TID Annual Report for TID 4 and 5. The meeting is open to the public.
