Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 18, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25000160CC of the County Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Walton County, Florida, in which GATEWAY AT BAYTOWNE WHARF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and Vacation Wealth Partners Fund 1 LLC, is the Defendant, I, Crystal Sconiers, the Walton County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Condominium Parcel known as Unit No. 374/376, GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2402, Page 512 and amended in Official Records Book 2404, Page 460, of the Public Records of Walton County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
The sale will be held on July 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the website of www.walton.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat.
