Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on August 13, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, Lobby, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on December 19, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 98 Clinton Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of New Rochelle, County of Westchester and State of New York, Section 5, Block 1445 and Lot 69.b. Approximate amount of judgment is $580,438.75 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #60133/2019. The original sale was scheduled for November 25, 2025 at the same time and location.
