NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE OF MEETING THE HEALTH AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES BOARD OF RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TENNESSEE (the "Corporation"), will meet in public session at 9:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport Authority Terminal and Business Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 278 Doug Warpoole Road, Suite 200, Smyrna, Tennessee, for the purpose of considering and transacting all business which may properly come before the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the "Board"), such business to include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: 1. Pursuant to Section 8-44-112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, the Corporation holds a designated public comment period at each meeting. Members of the public in attendance may provide comments to the Board during such designated time on any item on the agenda. Anyone wishing to comment must give forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to Counsel listed below. 2. Authorizing all documents and matters necessary or desirable in connection with the issuance of those certain not to exceed $365,000,000 of its revenue bonds, in one or more series, to finance and/or refinance the costs of construction, acquisition, reconstruction, improving, equipping, furnishing and/or bettering of certain capital improvements to the Ascension Tennessee Facilities including such facilities located at 1700 Medical Center Parkway and 5127 Veterans Parkway, Murfreesboro.
