NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF OAK RIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ORHA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION The Board of Commissioners ("Board of Commissioners") of Oak Ridge Housing Authority ("ORHA") and the Board of Directors (the "Board of Directors") of ORHA Development Corporation (the "Corporation") will each hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at the Honeysuckle Community Room located at 76 Honeysuckle Lane, Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830. The meetings will be held sequentially, with the meeting of the Board of Commissioners commencing at 12:00 p.m. and the meeting of the Board of Directors commencing immediately thereafter. At said meeting of the Board of Commissioners, there will be considered such business as may properly come before the Board of Commissioners, including, but not limited to, the approval of certain transactions in connection with a ground lease between ORHA and Oak Ridge Preservation, LP (the "Partnership"). At said meeting of the Board of Directors, there will be considered such business as may properly come before the Board of Directors, including, but not limited to, the approval of certain transactions to be undertaken by the Partnership in connection with the development and financing of the rehabilitation of approximately 70 units of low and moderate income housing in Oak Ridge. The Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors will reserve a period for public comment during each meeting. Any person who wishes to provide public comment at either meeting must sign up to speak before the meeting of the Board of Commissioners by registering on the sign-up sheet that will be available.
